The property is beautifully appointed with polite staff. It is set in a central area next to the center of Los Angeles, restaurants, the 10 freeway, and many shopping stores.

Charged my card for over 250 extra dollars and kickedme out of the room at midnight for not being able to provide my id after staying there the 3 nights in avrow previous . James the night manager not only put me and my survive dog our if out room ( I'm dissabled with a terminal brain tumor and have seizures regularly) but as soob as i left the hotel to find another room he charged my card 4 times for $57 and drained my account preventing me from being able to get another room for the night after I'd already stayed at the Holiday Inn for 3 nights in a row and paid my room Bill leaving me basically stranded with no place to go because I had no money in my account after a charge that the four times for $57 I called to find out what had happened and he told me that he charge my phone or my card because I had $0.10 in the room and that I was not allowed to burn incense in the room and that he charged me that the four separate times at for a selfie sew in all in all I had the worst experience of my life at the Holiday Inn in West Covina and he violated my civil rights along with ethics of customer service that should be handled with dignity and respect to a paying loyal customer .. James not only was disrespectful he was plain horrible tp a handicapped disabled person who had been staying with the hotel for the past 3 night's I was told by the area manager he was sorry and would remidy the situation the following day and I still have no t heardvanyghing or been refunded for any of the min at that was charged without my authorization. I feel he was intentional in his actions and trying to be as rude and disrespectful as he possiblybvoukd knowing ib was disabled and had no regaurd for my safety or well being after knowing I had been staying there without problem for 3 days I have no idea why this has been left unresolved.

Being violated and mistrssted disrespected and treated as if i didn't deserve to be treated with respect. James is the worst possible represenatice and employee anyone coule have encountered. I was there for my mom's funeral with my sirvice dog and would like all of my money paid back for the entire stay as well as paid back for what was taken without my concent as well as a formal appalogy form James himself for the horrible way he treated me. . He was definitely trying to be as awful as possible to me for some reason and I feel he needs to understand he can't treat people especially paying customers with such hateful disregard and disrespect. I was a long time loyal customer of holiday in after this I'll never allow anyone I know to stay there without telling then my experience and the situation and problems staying there cost me

The room was brand-new and neat, it came with 2 queen beds, the bathroom and free breakfast.

This place has a great location close to downtown Los Angeles, with big shops, good restaurants, and even a Peruvian restaurant, plus they offer an American breakfast.

I dont like the fact that there isn't very many vending machines and the one they did have was all sold out of sodas.

There was no water in the room

The hotel is well-maintained with accommodating employees, from the housekeepers to the front desk clerks. There is an exceptionally nice breakfast served each morning. The hotel's location in California is particularly good for a family wedding.

Staff was always talking within themselves. Felt like they were having more fun at work than they should have.

The queen room here was really modern and cozy, it felt just like being at home. Plus, there was a small couch and storage space provided - super handy! The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the action. 🌟

The hotel offers a nice location next to many popular shopping stores. It's so close to other restaurants. The desert of overly priced hotels is nearby.

It is a disaster experience. Not sure how they manipulate such high score. The carpet is like fourty years old, and we are charged for two dollars per minute phone call

The food downstairs is very delicious.

I did not get a coupon from the Holiday Inn to have a free lunch. Please send me one next time. Thanks. Vink
